Reflect God’s Glory

While I was on Skype with my grandson, he showed me a badge he had been given.  He noticed that when the light was shining on it, it reflected that light very brightly.  He tried all different angles to get it to reflect just right.  One of the times, he put his head between the light and the badge.  It became very dark.

It reminded me of Hebrews 1: 3 where it says that Christ reflects the radiance of God’s glory and is the exact representation of Him.  Because They are One, nothing can get between Them to take the radiance away.

We are supposed to be reflecting God’s glory, also.  But, how many times do we put our head (ourselves) in the way?  How many times do we allow other things to come between God and us?

Just a thought for you today…
