Customize Your Women's Retreat with Options & Amenities
We offer a wide range of lodging options, including rooms with private baths. We have ground-floor rooms with wheelchair accessibility and wireless internet access is free across the entire campus. We also have campsites available located near the conference center.
Set the stage for women’s ministry! A conference room is included with every retreat for the duration of your stay. We have audio-visual equipment available to rent and will layout the room to your needs. Additional meeting space is also available to rent.
Enjoy our delicious buffets, family-style meals, and attentive service. Your women’s group will have tables already assigned to them, no need to search for a place to sit at each meal at the retreat center. Please don’t hesitate to make us aware of any special dietary needs.

irst, you should reach out to our retreat planning specialists! But generally, the process looks like this:
- Submit a retreat inquiry
- Choose the dates and room types, after which we will issue an agreement. We will also give a deposit due date. On that date, the deposit must be paid, and the signed agreement returned.
- In the coming weeks before the retreat, a guest services representative will connect with the group leader to collect pertinent information regarding meeting space set up and rooming lists.
- The remaining balance of the retreat will be due at check-in.
Absolutely! You can schedule your tour here. We know that some individuals or groups coming to tour our campus and facilities may be visiting from out of town. If you are, we’re happy to offer you a complimentary B&B stay when you visit our Whiting, NJ campus! This overnight stay includes the tour, accommodations, and a full American breakfast.
We take reservations up to a year in advance. We recommend booking your trip as soon as possible. Fall and Summer seasons fill up especially quickly.

Typically, we serve meals buffet style. We generally make our menus available the Thursday before each upcoming week. We can also deliver snack breaks and coffee service to your meeting room. Learn more.

We hold our rooms for four weeks, giving time for the group leader to receive and return the group contract and deposit. All contracts and deposits not returned within the four-week timeframe are considered canceled, null, and void. After a signed contract is returned with a deposit, it is considered binding.
Without both a signed contract and deposit, America’s Keswick will not hold space for a group. Six months prior to your event, your contract is finalized. After this, you will be held to the financial agreement stated in your contract.
A guest group can cancel or change their contract at any point up to six months prior to the contracted event. However, the group agrees to forfeit their deposit in doing so.
After the six-month date, cancellation or reduction of a contract is possible ONLY IF AMERICA’S KESWICK IS ABLE TO ARRANGE A REPLACEMENT GROUP GENERATING COMPARABLE INCOME. If a replacement group is arranged, then any deposits will be forfeited, and no other charges will be incurred. If no replacement group is found, the group is under obligation to pay 90% of the contracted amount.
There will likely be other groups on campus unless you have exclusive status. We define exclusive status as any group with a minimum count of 180 persons. Exclusive status allows the group the privilege of having sole access to all of America’s Keswick’s normal guest group facilities. Fees for any additional meeting room are waived; menu options and pool hours are flexible. Rental fees for audio/visual equipment still apply.
Yes, businesses and non-Christian groups are able to use our facilities. The group must abide by all policies and be respectful of our statement of faith and mission statement. They must also allow Keswick to present the Colony of Mercy ministry during their stay.
Retreats are available year-round.
No, only service dogs are allowed at America’s Keswick (emotional support dogs are not classified as service animals).
