Conference Rooms & Venue
Setting the stage for ministry, our meeting and conference rooms can accommodate both small and large gatherings.
Your group reservation includes one meeting room that is assigned by Guest Services based on the size of your group.
- Requests can be taken for a particular room (see rooms), but are not guaranteed.
- Each room is equipped with chairs set up theatre-style, two 8 foot tables, and a podium. Contact Guest Services for rooms that offer a piano.
- Arrangements can be made in advance if more tables are needed or a special meeting room set-up is desired.
Conference & Meeting Audio/Visual Needs
- Flat screen TVs and DVD players in every meeting room at no additional charge!
- America’s Keswick has equipment that can be rented to accommodate your group’s needs during your stay.
- Additional fees are involved and a list of available equipment will be sent along with your contract.
- You may also provide your own audio and visual equipment.
