Custom Retreat Options & Amenities
We offer multiple lodging options, including rooms with private baths. We have ground floor rooms with wheelchair accessibility and wireless internet access if free across the entire campus. We also have campsites available.
Set the stage for ministry! A conference room is included with every retreat for the duration of your stay. We have audio-visual equipment available to rent and will layout the room to your needs. Additional meeting space is available to rent.
We offer a full range of activities including indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, sports courts, outdoor water activities, outdoor sports, playground, hiking trails & much more! Plus, we’re near the beach!
Our retreat rates vary depending on the needs of your group. We have options for every budget with special rates for larger groups and during different seasons with savings of up to 50%.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
After the group leader selects dates and room types, an agreement will be issued. A deposit due date will be given. On that date, the deposit should be paid, and the signed agreement returned. In the weeks leading up to the retreat, a guest services representative will contact the group leader to collect pertinent information in regard to meeting space set up and rooming lists. The remaining balance of the retreat will be due at check-in.
Yes! Go here. We understand that some individuals or groups coming to tour our campus and facilities may be coming from out of town. If that’s the case, we’re happy to offer you a complimentary B&B stay when you come to tour our Whiting, NJ campus! Your overnight stay will include the tour, accommodations, and a full American breakfast.
Reservations are taken up to a year in advance. We recommend booking as soon as possible. Fall and Summer seasons fill up quickly.
A standard retreat deposit is 20% of the total agreement.
There are conference and meeting rooms that vary in size, accommodating anywhere from 10 to 1,200 people.

Rooms are held for 4 weeks, allowing time for the group leader to receive and return the group contract and deposit. Contracts and deposits not returned within 4 weeks will be considered canceled, null, and void. Once a signed contract is returned with a deposit, it is considered binding.
America’s Keswick will not hold space for a group without both a signed contract and a deposit. Six months prior to your event your contract is finalized. You will then be held to the financial agreement stated in your contract.
A guest group may cancel or change a contract at any time up to 6 months prior to the contracted event. However, in doing so, the group agrees to forfeit their deposit.
Cancellation or reduction of a contract after the 6-month date is possible ONLY IF AMERICA’S KESWICK IS ABLE TO ARRANGE A REPLACEMENT GROUP GENERATING COMPARABLE INCOME. If a replacement group is arranged, then any deposits will be forfeited, and no other charges will be incurred. If no replacement group is possible, the group is obligated to pay 90% of the contracted amount.
Unless you have exclusive status, there will likely be other groups on campus. Our “Exclusive Status Policy” is: Exclusive status is defined as any group with a minimum count of 180 persons. Exclusive status grants the group the privilege of having sole access to all of America’s Keswick’s normal guest group facilities. Additional meeting room fees are waived; menu options and pool hours are flexible. Rental fees for audio/visual equipment still apply.
Businesses and non-Christian groups can utilize our facilities. The group must adhere to all policies and be respectful of our statement of faith and mission statement. They must also allow Keswick to present the Colony of Mercy ministry during their stay.
No, they’re open year-round.
No, only service dogs are allowed (Emotional support dogs are not classified as service animals).
