America's Keswick accommodates retreat-goers up to a full year in advance. This means you can schedule next year's Christmas-time retreat right now! We recommended booking far in advance to increase the odds of obtaining the specific accommodations your group desires.
In general, smaller groups tend to have more flexibility in terms of reservations and accommodations than large groups. If your group is particularly large, do not hesitate to book your America's Keswick reservations at least six months in advance to heighten the chances of securing the specific accommodations you've set your heart on.
2. Is a deposit required for a group retreat at America's Keswick? If so, what is the minimum amount owed up front?
Yes, a deposit is required for a group retreat at America's Keswick. We require a minimum of a 20 percent deposit. It is advisable to pay the deposit on the date of the booking. However, we have a 30-day grace window for deposits. Once this period expires, your reservation at America's Keswick is no longer guaranteed.

We also provide discounts on select weekends throughout the year and we offer midweek discounts of up to 20%. Yes. Each retreat group is provided with a meeting space. This space is provided as a part of the retreat's cost so don't worry about add-on fees that balloon the total price beyond the original quote. The size and location of your specific meeting space will hinge on the number of people in your group and the length of your stay. We are also proud to provide extra break out rooms when available.
5. Should each participant bring his own bedding and towels?
No. America's Keswick sweats all the small stuff so you don't have to! We provide each retreat participant with bed linens as well as towels. Don't worry about the quality of these amenities. We take the extra step of refreshing each guest's towels every day.
