Comfortable Lodging
We offer multiple lodging options, including rooms with private baths. We have ground floor rooms with wheelchair accessibility and wireless internet access if free across the entire campus. We also have campsites available.
Exclusive Meeting Space
Set the stage for couples ministry! A conference room is included with every retreat for the duration of your stay. We have audio-visual equipment available to rent and will layout the room to your needs. Additional meeting space is also available to rent.
Delicious Food Options
Enjoy our delicious buffets, family-style meals, and attentive service. Your group will have tables already assigned to them, no need to search for a place to sit at each meal. Please don’t hesitate to make us aware of any special dietary needs!

First, the group leader picks the dates and room types, and then an agreement will be issued. A deposit due date will also be given at that time. On that given date, the deposit should be paid, and the signed agreement returned. In the weeks before the retreat, a guest services representative will get in touch with the group leader to collect important information in regard to meeting space set up and rooming lists. The remaining balance of the retreat will be due at check-in.
Yes, you can do so by clicking here! We know that some individuals or groups coming to visit our campus and facilities may be traveling from out of town. If that’s the case, we’re happy to offer you a free B&B stay when you come to tour our Whiting, NJ campus! Your overnight stay will include the tour, accommodations, and a full American breakfast.
We accept reservations up to a year in advance, but we recommend booking as soon as you can. Our Fall and Summer seasons book up quickly.

Our meals are usually served buffet style. We typically make our menus available the Thursday before the start of each week. We can also provide snack breaks and coffee service delivered to your meeting room. Learn more.

We will hold rooms for four weeks, giving time for the group leader to collect and return the group contract and deposit. Any contracts and deposits not returned within four weeks are considered canceled, null, and void. After a signed contract is returned with a deposit, it is then considered binding.
America’s Keswick will not hold space for a group without receiving both a signed contract and a deposit. Six months before the date of your event, the contract is finalized. You are then held to the financial agreement stated in your contract.
Guest groups are able to cancel or change their contract at any point up to six months before the contracted event. But, in doing so, the group must forfeit their deposit.
Cancellation or reduction of a contract after the six-month date is only possible IF AMERICA’S KESWICK IS ABLE TO ARRANGE A REPLACEMENT GROUP GENERATING COMPARABLE INCOME. If we arrange a replacement group, then any deposits will be forfeited, but no other charges will be incurred. If no replacement group is possible, the group is obligated to pay 90% of the contracted amount.
Without exclusive status, there will most likely be other groups on campus. Our “Exclusive Status Policy” is: Exclusive status is defined as any group with a minimum number of 180 persons. Exclusive status grants the group the privilege of having sole access to all of America’s Keswick’s normal guest group facilities. All additional meeting room fees are waived; menu options and pool hours are flexible. Any rental fees for audio/visual equipment still apply.
Yes, non-Christian groups and businesses are able to utilize our facilities. These groups must agree to adhere to all policies and be respectful of our statement of faith and mission statement. They must also allow Keswick to present the Colony of Mercy ministry during their stay.
Yes, our campus is open year-round for retreats.
No, we only allow service dogs on campus (emotional support dogs are not classified as service animals).
Yes, we offer a variety of programmed Christian events, including overnight/day-long conferences, concerts, and even road trips.
