🚨 MENTAL HEALTH BREAK: 🚨

Hey ladies – Let’s switch ⚙️ gears ⚙️ for a second and take a 🚨 MENTAL HEALTH BREAK 🚨 by shifting our noggins to a place of mindfulness. Part of having peace of mind and positive mental health is to practice GRATITUDE.

Here’s my challenge to you and to myself: Intentionally reflect on one thing that happened THIS WEEK that you’re grateful for (for me, it’s time cuddling my nieces!) Close your eyes, remember that moment, and relive the joy. Once you’re done, raise your eyes to the Father and praise Him for that moment. Be specific (and maybe even write it down!) – WHAT emotions were you feeling and WHY are you thankful?
