President & CEO
Bill has been the President & CEO of America’s Keswick for 25+ years, living and breathing Keswick’s message of Victory every day. He has an empowering gift with people leaving each one with a impressionable sense of God’s love, grace, and truth. He hosts & leads various Keswick events, as well as speaking at numerous churches in the tri-state area. He now lives off-campus with his wife, Jan. In his personal time, he loves to read and weekly writes for Keswick’s Freedom Fighter blogs.
Jim Lang
Colony of Mercy Director & Senior Vice President
Jim is a graduate of the Colony of Mercy, the men’s addiction recovery home at America’s Keswick, and has a passion for the gospel. God radically changed his life and he loves sharing how Jesus set him free. Jim is the Senior Vice President & Director of the Colony of Mercy. He is happily married to his wife, Ally, who is the Director of Barbara’s Place, the women’s addiction recovery home.
Pastor Noah Lang, M.Div.
Director/Pastoral Counselor at Mercy’s Shore Counseling Center
Noah is an experienced preacher, teacher, and counselor, who is passionate about helping people find healing and freedom through the gospel. Prior to joining the staff at America’s Keswick in 2017, he served on the mission field (Russia), in Christian education, and in pastoral ministry. Now he walks alongside men and women as they recover from abuse, trauma, and addiction. He is a graduate of Cairn University and Liberty University and a doctoral student at New Brunswick Theological Seminary.
Rob Russomano
Director of Maintenance
After graduating from the Colony of Mercy, Rob accepted a position at America’s Keswick in 2002. He is Director of Maintenance and lives on campus with his wife, Terri, who serves as the Intake Manager at the Colony of Mercy. Rob is blessed to be able to have many opportunities to interact with the men currently in the program. He encourages them while remaining open about his walk with the Lord.
Rev. Paul Ciotta, M.Div.
Colony of Mercy Chaplain
After a career in corporate communications, Paul answered the Lord’s call into full-time ministry as a Chaplain at the Colony of Mercy. In addition to counseling and ministering to the Colony men, Paul preaches at the Colony Chapel and local churches. He also facilitates community grief ministries for the Colony men and graduates, teaches Bible studies, and leads devotions for guests during Keswick’s conference season. His humor, humility, and servant’s heart bring application to God’s biblical truths.
Robert Kenney
Director of Partner Care
Robert is a 2015 Colony of Mercy graduate and is passionate about the Word of God! He is married to Michelle, and they have three beautiful children. Robert serves the Lord at America’s Keswick as Director of Partner Care and is known for telling people, “Jesus loves you!”
Ally Lang, MA, BCCC, BCMHC
Director of Barbara’s Place
Ally is a board-certified Christian counselor and Director of Barbara’s Place, the women’s addiction recovery home at America’s Keswick. Ally has a passion to see others fall more in love with their Savior and, through that love, grow in their spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental health.
Tamiesha M. Stevens, BCMHC
Barbara’s Place Soul Care Worker
Tamiesha is a Soul Care Worker at Barbara’s Place and serves by guiding the women of BP through processing trauma and addiction with biblically-based counseling. She loves the Lord and looks for unique opportunities to point her peers to Jesus. She graduated Cairn University with a Bachelors of Science in Bible, is an Ordained & Licensed Independent Minister through the National Association of Christian Ministers (NACM), and is currently pursuing Community Chaplaincy through the same association with a concentration on Gerontology. She enjoys teaching God’s Word to anyone who wants to know more. She’s a mother who adores her amazing daughter, Ruby, who is one of God’s brightest blessings.
Lisa Krushinski, B.S. Ed.
Barbara’s Place Soul Care Worker
Lisa serves as a Soul Care Worker at Barbara’s Place. She loves having a front row seat to watch God transform hearts and lives. While Lisa’s first ministry is to her husband and family, she welcomes the opportunity to teach God’s Word and share wisdom and encouragement with other Christian women.
Sheryl D. Trefsgar, D.Min
Enrich Counselor
Co-laboring with her pastor-husband since 1990, Sheryl continues to serve, teach, and counsel in her local body of believers. In the role of ENRICH Counselor at America’s Keswick, she comes alongside the wives, fiancées, and girlfriends of the Colony of Mercy residents to offer support and encouragement in their recovery process. As a mother of five, two of whom are adopted, Sheryl is passionate about sharing the Good News of adoption into the family of God through Jesus Christ (Eph. 1:5).
Joyce Hayes Ciotta
Partner Care
Joyce expresses her warm, gracious style and gentle spirit through her gifts, as she shares her faithfulness, hope, and love for Jesus Christ. She has served America’s Keswick for over 22 years as an Artist-In-Residence, and serves as an Associate in Partner Care. Widowed from her ministry partner, she has learned to lean into her grief and allow God to heal and redirect her steps. Rejoicing in God’s faithfulness, she married the love “for the rest of her life,” Paul, and both serve at America’s Keswick.
Lynn Wilson
Guest Services Front Desk Manager
Lynn has served at Keswick for over 25 years. She has been involved in her local church in women’s ministries, as well as speaking for other churches and retreats. Her mission statement is “to touch one life so in turn they can touch a life for eternity.” Her greatest joy is to go home at the end of the day and spend time with her family, her first ministry.
