The group leader will first choose the dates and room types, after which an agreement will be issued. A deposit due date is given. On that date, the deposit must be paid, and the signed agreement returned. In the weeks before the retreat, a guest services representative will get in touch with the group leader to collect pertinent information in regard to meeting space set up and rooming lists. The remaining balance of the retreat will be due at check-in.
You can schedule a tour here. If you’re coming to tour our campus from out of town, we’re happy to offer you a complimentary B&B stay when you come to tour our Whiting, NJ campus! Your overnight stay will include the tour, accommodations, and a full American breakfast.
We recommend booking your retreat as soon as you’re able. We take reservations up to a year in advance. The Summer and Fall seasons fill up quickly.

We typically require a deposit that is 20% of the total agreement.
We have conference and meeting rooms that rang in size, accommodating anywhere from 10 to 1,200 people.

Our meals are usually served buffet style. Menus are typically available on the Thursday prior to each upcoming week. Also, we can bring snack breaks and coffee service to your meeting room. Learn more.

We hold rooms for four weeks, giving time for the group leader to receive and return the group contract and deposit to us. Any contracts and deposits not returned within those four weeks are considered canceled, null, and void. Once a signed contract is returned with a deposit, it is considered binding.
America’s Keswick will not hold a group’s space without both a signed contract and a deposit. Six months before your event, your contract is finalized. You will then be held to the financial agreement stated in your contract.
Six months before the contracted event, a guest group may cancel or change their contract. However, in doing so, the group agrees to forfeit their deposit.
Cancellation or reduction of a contract after the six-month period is only possible IF AMERICA’S KESWICK CAN ARRANGE A REPLACEMENT GROUP GENERATING COMPARABLE INCOME. If a replacement group is found, then any deposits will be forfeited, and no other charges will be incurred. If no replacement group is arranged, the group is obligated to pay 90% of the contracted amount.
There will most likely be other groups on campus unless you have exclusive status. Our “Exclusive Status Policy” is: Exclusive status is defined as any group with a minimum number of 180 persons. Exclusive status grants that group the privilege of having sole access to all of America’s Keswick’s normal guest group facilities. Additional meeting room fees are waived; menu options and pool hours are flexible. Rental fees for audio/visual equipment still apply.
Yes, businesses and non-Christian groups are able to utilize our facilities. The group must be respectful of our statement of faith and mission statement and adhere to all policies. They must also allow Keswick to present the Colony of Mercy ministry during their stay.
Yes! You can book a retreat for any time of the year.
No, only service dogs are allowed (emotional support dogs are not considered service animals).
We have a variety of programmed Christian events, including overnight/day-long conferences, concerts, and even road trips.
