POSITION AVAILABLE — Guest Services Manager
ABOUT AMERICA’S KESWICK: America’s Keswick is a ministry where biblical teaching is used to cultivate a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through Addiction Recovery, Conferences, Retreats, Events, and Outreach.
The purpose of America’s Keswick is to model and teach biblical victorious living in Christ Jesus, to provide an environment in which biblical life transformation takes place, and to foster active personal involvement in the local church.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Guest Services Manager under the direction of the Senior Vice President, will manage the overall operations of the front desk and Guest Services Department, provide services to all guests and assist in the development of Guest Services Representatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees registration and reservation system
- Manages Guest Services staff
- Coordinates staffing
- Trains new guest services associates and interns
- Manages Group Sales Agreement Process
- Maintains Events and Program Calendar
- Provides service recovery
- Assists in planning
- Responds to guest inquiries
- Maintains supplies
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field relating to aspects of customer service.
- Strong leadership abilities
- The ability to negotiate financial packages and discounts
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Above-average computer skills
- Mature Christian, able to effectively lead and demonstrate Christlikeness.
- Complete adherence to the doctrinal position of America’s Keswick
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand, walk or sit at a computer for an extended period of time.
- Ability to talk, see, and hear within normal range
- Finger and hand dexterity to manipulate objects

This is a full-time position and will require nights and weekends.
