POSITION AVAILABLE — Soul Care Worker – FT

America’s Keswick is seeking to fill a FT position for a Soul Care Worker on our team at our residential addiction recovery program for women (Barbara’s Place).

The woman applying for this position must be a mature Christian, able to effectively lead and demonstrate Christlikeness. It is imperative that she conduct herself at all times in such a manner as to uphold a solid Christian testimony. She must completely adhere to the doctrinal position of America’s Keswick and seek to live the principles of God’s Word.

Educationally, she should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, addiction or other related field or the equivalent in experience within addiction/life recovery.

Experientially, this person should possess a minimum of 2 years of biblical counseling experience or its equivalent.

The successful candidate should possess a strong working knowledge of computers including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Basic responsibilities will include providing oversight and direction for the everyday functions of Barbara’s Place. She will serve as a counselor, encourager, curriculum instructor, caseworker and a community networker.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week that will also require evening shifts and some weekend hours.
