Who are YOU??

I recently went on a life-long dream journey to the nation of Israel.  There were so many places where I felt God’s presence and He spoke to my heart.  I honestly do not think I will ever be the same.
In that place I came to a fresh new understanding of the depth of God’s love.  Ladies, He sent His Son Jesus to die for us.  I am in a place of recognizing a new level of the love Jesus had for His Father and for us, a love that would cause Him to lay Himself down and become payment for our sin.  Amazing love for sure!!
Today I want to share with you about a place in Nazareth and a particular message I received in that place.  Do you remember the time when Jesus returned to His hometown of Nazareth and the people rejected Him so completely that they wanted to throw Him off a cliff and stone Him? (Luke 4:14-30)  There I was standing at the place in Nazareth, which was near the remains of the temple, a place where there was a cliff and was told it is believed to be the place the people tried to throw Jesus.   My heart was grieved that the people of Nazareth missed the truth of who He was.  As I looked around there to my right was Mt. Tabor.  Mt. Tabor is the place where it is believed Jesus was transfigured, although the scripture does not name the mountain.
It occurred to me that within vision of the place where man rejected Messiah, God honored His Son so much so that His face shone like the sun and His clothes became as white as light.  Even Moses and Elijah appeared with Him and the Father said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.  Hear Him” (Matt 17:1-13).  WOW!!
When the world throws words of rejection or hurt at you, dear woman of God, do NOT receive it.  God has something better for YOU.  Stop, and ask the Spirit of the Living God to speak TRUTH to you.  HEAR HIM!!  No matter what man might say, to God you are His beloved.  Even if you have messed up for the 99^th time, He will never leave you or reject you.  He is faithful, He loves you unconditionally, He will make a way even if you find yourself in the wilderness.  Go to Him.  Open His Word and read what He says about you.  Allow Him to turn what the enemy meant to harm you into an opportunity for renewing your mind and receiving your identify in Christ Jesus.  You might even start today with Song of Songs.
