Princess Daughters

🎶 I know these girls… they put the color inside of my world 🎶

If there is one thing I know about my nieces, it is that they looooove their Disney princesses.

How cool is it that as Christians, we are daughters of the most high King? We are princesses as well, and as princesses we have a high calling – to do what is right, to obey our Father, and to love fiercely. 

 

Do what is Right –  

Galatians 6:9 – “Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.”  

1 Peter 3:14 – “But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. Do not fear their threats, do not be frightened.”
 

Obey the Father –  

• Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.” – John 14:23 
• “Walk in obedience to all that the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live and prosper and prolong your days in the land that you will posess.” – Deuteronomy 5:33 

 

Love Fiercely –  

• “A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” – John 13:34 
• “Let no deby remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.” – Romans 13:8 

 

Let’s live our lives by the standard that a King would expect of His royal daughter. Put your crown on, hold your head up high, and live your life with warmth and grace.
