A Swarm of Bees (Part 2)

Posted on November 19, 2018 by America's Keswick in Freedom Fighters

Well I knew this would happen. Once I put at the list last week I began to think of some additional BEES.

As we begin this week of Thanksgiving, these are good reminders for all of us:

  1. Bee glad: Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you. (Matthew 5:12)
  2. Bee patient: Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all. (1 Thessalonians 5:14)
  3. Bee ready: But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear … (1 Peter 3:15)
  4. Bee cheerful: “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
  5. Bee hospitable: When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality. (Romans 12:13 -NLT)
  6. Bee steady: Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. (1 Corinthians 15:58)
  7. Bee strong: Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. (1 Corinthians 16:13)
  8. Bee filled: And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit … (Ephesians 5:18)
  9. Bee gentle: And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient … (2 Timothy 2:24)
  10. Bee content: Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” (Hebrews 13:15)
  11. Bee courteous: Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous; (1 Peter 3:8)
  12. Bee humble: Likewise, you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” (1 Peter 5:5)
  13. Bee one-minded: Be of the same mind toward one another. (Romans 12:16)
  14. Bee calm: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; (Philippians 4:6)
  15. Bee diligent: Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless; (2 Peter 3:14)

I trust that these BEE’s will be an encouragement to you in your walk with the Lord. Have a great week.

Overflowing and abounding with hope,
