RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL EVENTS
- All rates are per person unless otherwise indicated.
- All events require advance reservations unless otherwise noted.
Full payment is due at the time of reservation. Payment is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Bed and Breakfast:
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of reservation. Bed and Breakfast cancellations will receive a full refund only if the cancellation takes place 48 hours prior to scheduled stay.
Reservations will be taken up to two years in advance. A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 per adult and $25.00 per child (ages 5-18) or 20% of the reservation (whichever is greater) is required. If the balance is paid in full two (2) weeks prior to your arrival, you’ll receive 10% off your balance.
Deposit is transferrable, one time, to another overnight event if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Seasonal Campers and Keswick Fitness Program participants, please call for specifics on payment and cancellation policies.
A staff photographer/videographer may be taking candid and posed shots to use in publications and promotions for America’s Keswick or future programs and events. If you are opposed to having your picture taken and possibly used in this way, simply indicate that to the staff member with the camera and your wishes will be respected. Otherwise, your registration for an event indicates your permission to use your photo for promotional purposes.
